Payment Options

As part of Lovecosmetics.co.uk mission to be as accessible as possible to its customers, we offer you both convenient and quick ways for you to pay for your item. When buying through our website please use the Checkout. It is a very simple, straight forward procedure that is both logical and secure to use. Please note that the total for the entire amount, including shipping, will be automatically calculated for you once you proceed to the check out. Our convenient payment options that are available are listed below.

We DO accept the following forms of payment:

   PayPal (Instant payments only, NO e-cheques),
   Debit cards we accept are, Solo, Switch, Visa Electron and Delta.
   Cheques ( Your order will be shipped once cheque has been received and cashed).

As part of our service to you, we offer you a convenient way of paying for your chosen items by accepting the following common Credit cards in numerous different currencies including: £ Sterling, US $ Dollars, Euros, Australian $ Dollars and Canadian $ Dollars.

Please note that we DO NOT hold or even get to see your Credit Card details "in house" and so it is therefore impossible for us to "lose" or misuse your Card details in any way.

There is No surcharge when buying through the web!

If you do choose to pay by any of the above methods, we strongly recommend that if/when sending cheques that you do so by RECORDED delivery only. When making any type of payment, when possible and applicable please include all relevant details about what item/s you bought and where the item/s were bought from.

We DO NOT accept the following forms of payment:

   Bid pay
   Nochex
   Any non UK Cheques that are not in British Pounds £ Sterling
   Cash on Collection
   Cash/Payment on delivery

Delivery

 

All orders placed and payments have been cleared will be dispatched by first class post the following working day. However during busy periods delivery times may be longer due to royal mail being busy. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us by using the contact page. There is a special delivery option which will guarantee next day delivery but dispatch times are the same as above. If you have orderd a bra strap within your order please expect 2 parcels from us.

 

 Postal Charges

 

UK customers will enjoy our £2.00 flat rate 1^st class post on all orders.  If you want your order quicker and being secured then we provide a special delivery option at a flat rate of £8.00. This will mean your order can be tracked by the tracking number which we will provide you with.

 

International and European orders can only be sent to the card holder’s address for security reasons. All orders made with in the EU and International up to 2kg in weight will be sent by royal mail. There is a flat rate of £6.00 regardless of quantity.

 

Our website is set up to charge the above charges automatically. If you require more than 2kg of products please contact us for further prices.

 

Where ever possible we try to use recycled packaging to do our little bit to be green.
